Daniel R. Cullum, DDS, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Dan Cullum completed his DDS with distinction at the University of Alberta, Canada and residency training at Westchester Medical Center, New York. Dr. Cullum is a Diplomate of the ABOMS and is on faculty as a Visiting Lecturer at UCLA, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He speaks internationally and has contributed articles, textbook chapters. and was a contributor and editor of the innovative textbook “Minimally Invasive Dental Implant Surgery.” He practices Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with a focus on dynamic navigation, immediate and minimally invasive techniques in esthetic implant reconstruction. Dr. Cullum is the President of Implants Northwest LIVE Learning Center, which emphasizes training in advanced techniques in a small group environment.

Joseph Kan, DDS, MS, Prosthodontist
Dr. Kan completed Prosthodontics and Implant Surgery from Loma Loma University (LLU). He is a Professor at the Advanced Education in Implant Dentistry at LLU, and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Department of Periodontics and Oral Medicine, University of Michigan.
Dr. Kan received 1997 Academy of Osseointegration (AO) Best Research Award, 2003 Judson Hinckey Scientific Award from Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, 2005 Robert James Implant Dentistry Award, 2019 Association of Dental Implantology Honorary Membership, UK, 2020 LLU Distinguished Research Award , and 2020 Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontist Distinguished Speaker Award. In 2021, Dr. Kan received the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) Honorary Membership for his contribution to the field of Periodontology as well as the Clinical Research Award.
Dr. Kan is on Editorial Board of International Journal of Esthetic Dentistry, Journal of Esthetics and Restorative Dentistry. He was Program Chairman for the 2018 AO Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, and is a currently the Vice President on AO Executive Board of Directors. In 2018, Dr. Kan performed live surgery on immediate implant placement and provisionalization with connective tissue graft at the 104th Annual meeting of the AAP in Vancouver BC, Canada.
In 2017, Fardi et al (Int J Maxillofac Implants), listed 4 of Dr. Kan’s publication as the 100 Top cited articles in Implant Dentistry. Then in 2020, Praveen G et al (J Prosthet Dent), cited 2 of Dr. Kan’s publications as the top 100 most cited articles in Prosthodontics.

Gua-Hao (Alex) Lin, DDS, MS, Periodontist
Director of the Postgraduate Periodontics Program at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
Dr. Guo-Hao (Alex) Lin, DDS, MS, is a board-certified periodontist, Diplomate, and examiner of the American Board of Periodontology. He currently serves as Associate Professor and Director of the Postgraduate Periodontics Program at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), and holds an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of Michigan. Dr. Lin’s clinical and academic expertise spans periodontal regeneration, implant therapy, and evidence-based decision-making. His scholarly contributions include over 100 peer-reviewed publications and several book chapters that have advanced the understanding of peri-implant tissue phenotype, hard and soft tissue augmentation, and the risk factors associated with peri-implantitis.
Dr. Lin has been widely recognized for his achievements as an educator and clinician-scientist. He is a multiple-time award recipient from the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), including the Dr. D. Walter Cohen Teaching Award (2016), the AAP Teaching Fellowship (2018), and the Dr. Colin Richman and Family Perio-Ortho Interface Award (2021). His research excellence was honored with the AAP Clinical Research Award in 2021 and the AAP Special Citation Award in 2025. A Fellow of both the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the American College of Dentists, Dr. Lin continues to inspire innovation in periodontology through teaching, research, and clinical leadership.

David Guichet, DDS, Prosthodontist
Dr. Guichet is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a graduate of the Maxillofacial Prosthetics Residency at UCLA School of Dentistry. He completed a Prosthodontic Residency at the VAMC Wadsworth in West LA, a Dental General Practice Residency at the VAMC in Long Beach and received a DDS from UCLA. Dr. Guichet is a past president of the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontics, Orange County Dental Society, and the Osseointegration Foundation. He has served as scientific program chair for the Academy of Osseointegration, the American College of Prosthodontists, and the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontics. He was the Director of Continuing Professional Education for the American College of Prosthodontics and founded the ACP Digital Dentistry Symposium which he chaired for four years.
Most recently he has received the Distinguished Clinician Award from the American College of Prosthodontists. He maintains a prosthodontic practice in Orange and in Newport Beach California where he has installed a comprehensive digital clinical and laboratory CADCAM process. Dr. Guichet has contributed original research in the areas of implant and digital dentistry and has authored numerous articles. He has lectured nationally and internationally.

Ali Sajadi DDS, MSD, Periodontist
Dr. Ali Sajadi, a native of Houston, TX, is a board-certified Periodontist, Oral and Implant Surgeon specializing in a wide range of periodontal care, oral surgery and facial esthetics. Having received his undergraduate education at Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and in Economics, he was a noted member of the Forsyth Institute’s Human Genome Project Initiative. After completing two years of biomedical research, Dr. Sajadi embarked on a professional career in medical management that led him to attain his Master of Arts in Medical Sciences Degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Upon graduation, he took on a position as Senior Network Account Manager with UnitedHealthcare, and for 3 years rose through the ranks to become one of the most successful negotiators within the company. Following his passion to help people, Dr. Sajadi completed a 4 year doctorate degree at Indiana University School of dentistry in 2012 and moved back to Houston to complete his residency in Periodontics and Dental Hygiene. There, Dr. Sajadi continued to improve on his skill set by being proficient in all implant and dental surgical modalities with a passion for the rehabilitation and regeneration of periodontal and osseous tissues. Beyond and within the scope of Periodontics and Dentistry, Dr. Sajadi is a published author in the literature and noted speaker for several companies. He is a Fellow of the three coveted honors in Dentistry, the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics, Texas Society of Periodontists, Greater Houston Dental Society, Greater Houston Periodontal Society, American Dental Association and the Southwest Society for Periodontists. In many of these organizations, Dr. Sajadi has served as various leadership positions and his professional training and background makes him highly qualified to treat extensive and complex surgical cases. In his free time, Dr. Sajadi loves to cycle, hunt, fish, cook and partake in automotive sports.
