Immediate Implants and Dynamic Navigation
Ideal implant positioning with adequate quality and quantity of hard and soft tissue is imperative to long-term biological and clinical success. CBCT diagnosis, planning and guided surgery has improved implant treatment. Dynamic Navigation is an evidence based technique that further enhances all aspects of dental implant surgery including immediate placement at single and multi-rooted extraction sites including crestal sinus elevation. A simple work-flow; “Scan, Plan and Navigate“ allows progression to surgery, with no waiting for guide fabrication. We will present the benefits of combining Dynamic Navigation and Immediate Implants to advance clinical outcomes.
- Understand the role of CBCT diagnosis to advance immediate implant planning and ideal positioning.
- To provide safe and predictable implant site preparation with osseodensification and dynamic navigation.
- Demonstrate applications of dynamic navigation and osseodensification, including crestal sinus elevation and immediate molar implant placement.
