PRESENTER: Daniel R. Cullum, DDS, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Current evidence-based minimally invasive techniques will be presented for immediate management of maxillary and mandibular molars extraction sites. Implant designs, CBCT diagnosis and planning, the role of dynamic navigation, grafting and adjunctive crestal sinus elevation at maxillary extraction sites will be discussed. We can safely offer patients immediate implant reconstruction with restoration after four months. These patient-centric treatment options are predictable, desired by patients and extremely rewarding.
- As a surgical and restorative team, provide safe and predictable immediate treatment options to patients.
- Discuss grafting procedures, materials and management of anatomic defects in immediate molar implant placement.
- Understand the role of crestal sinus elevation techniques to facilitate immediate implant placement.
